Received as a complete set as in the photo. Everything works. The cards are distributed far enough, even in the "shortest" mode, so it won't fit on a small table.

It was damaged when arrived. The packaging was ok and didn't appear to have any impact. So this leads me to think it may of been damaged before it was shipped.
Pretty disappointing for the cost of the product.
Great equipment, finally no need to play around with dealing 13 cards from two decks. One important aspect, cards are best when they are 100% plastic, I bought Bicycle, regular paper ones, even from a good brand like Piatnik, they can stick together due to moisture and the machine will take two (with great difficulty).
